If this person was not born in Bulgaria and acquired citizenship through his mother or father, he will need to temporarily renounce Turkish citizenship and obtain a Blue Card. The person who renounces Turkish citizenship and receives a blue card will only be deprived of the rights to \"vote in elections\", \"do military service\" and \"become a civil servant\" regarding Turkish citizenship. Apart from this, he will protect all his rights regarding citizenship with the \"blue card\" he will receive.
